Custom orders are made especially for you! Submitting a request does not automatically place or confirm an order. After receiving your request, I’ll contact you to discuss your design, item availability, sizing, pricing, and turnaround time.

Because custom and personalized items are created specifically for you, all details must be approved before embroidery begins. Please double-check names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and other personalization information.

Custom and personalized items are generally final sale, except in cases where there is an error on my part.

How long do custom orders take?

Turnaround time varies depending on the item and design. You'll receive and estimated timeframe before your order is started.

Can I send you an inspiration photo?

ABSOLUTELY! Inspiration photos are welcome and help me understand the style you're looking for.

Can you personalize an item with a name or date?

YES! Names, dates, special wording, colors, and other personalization can be discussed when you submit your request.

When do I pay?

Pricing and payment details will be confirmed with you before your custom order is started.

Can I make changes after you start?

Please make sure all details are correct before approving your order. Once embroidery has begun changes may not be possible.
