Custom orders are made especially for you! Submitting a request does not automatically place or confirm an order. After receiving your request, I’ll contact you to discuss your design, item availability, sizing, pricing, and turnaround time.
Because custom and personalized items are created specifically for you, all details must be approved before embroidery begins. Please double-check names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and other personalization information.
Custom and personalized items are generally final sale, except in cases where there is an error on my part.
